Quiana Murray is co-owner and operator of Q & A Consulting, LLC, a company founded with her husband Alphonso in 2006 to meet the ever-growing needs of today’s families. Quiana began her coaching career helping Working Women bust through the glass ceiling and achieve the careers of their dreams. Her clients loved the networking and support groups Quiana created so they could feel more connected and less alone.
While coaching these dynamic career women Quiana noticed a growing trend of Working Women also being the primary breadwinners for their families. Living this lifestyle herself, Quiana dedicated her time and energy to helping the Working Wives Of Stay At Home Dads (WOSAHDs) navigate this often misunderstood lifestyle. Today Quiana continues to teach WOSAHDs as well as Mom entrepreneurs (Momprenuers) how to be a top priority in their own lives.
Quiana, dubbed the “Me Time” Queen and Mentor by her clients, is a fully engaging trained Life Coach, Mentor, Public Speaker, Presenter, Trainer, and Facilitator. Her style blends: encouragement, laughter, practical information, and real guidance that leaves her clients energized and ready to take real life changing action.
Quiana is passionate about helping Momprenuers and other Working Moms live satisfying, joyful, lives full of peace and abundance. Through the principles outlined in her Work It Mama!
